    “I used to drink mostly green and oolong teas and I could never get the right temperature. With the copper teapot, the temperature rises quickly and evenly: I turn off the heat at 80°C, the extraction is clean, without bitterness. The pouring is precise (no drips on the countertop) and the handle is well balanced. After 2 months of daily use, a lovely patina has formed—I'm keeping it, it gives it character. Simple maintenance (warm rinse + wipe). A useful little reminder in the sheet: do not heat empty —thanks for the safety. I feel like I'm rediscovering my teas, especially a Long Jing which always lacked finesse before.”
